Deadline
Closing date for all advertising material is January 31, 2007. All copy and payment must be received by that date. Payment, made payable to NYC AGO, must accompany ad copy and order form.
General
The program book will be in an 8" x 11" format with four-color covers. Events include Festive Evensong at Saint Thomas Church, a concerto concert, choral concerts, 25 workshops and choral reading sessions, and recitals by the Region II competition winner, Jon Gillock, Christopher Marks, John Scott, Jane Parker-Smith, Ann Elise Smoot, Stephen Tharp, and Thomas Trotter. The program book will be mailed to all members of AGO Region II, ensuring wider circulation for advertisers than in some national conventions.
Exhibitors at the convention are entitled to a 10% discount on program book ads.
The organizers of the 2007 Region II Convention reserve the right to decline any advertisement, before or after the closing date, that does not meet with their approval. Acceptance of advertising does not imply endorsement. The organizers reserve the right to head and/or box advertisements that, in their opinion, bear confusing resemblance to editorial material. Improper copy will not be accepted. Advertiser or advertiser's agent assumes liability for all content, including text and illustrations, and also assumes responsibility for any claims therefrom made against the convention organizers, and agrees to indemnify the convention against any expense and loss suffered by reason of such claims.
All ads are non-commissionable. There are no cash discounts.

Mechanical Requirements
Printing is by offset lithography on excellent quality paper. All ads must be press-ready; we will not design or typeset ads.Digital files: Macintosh or PC/Windows format. Software: Adobe Acrobat PDF (high resolution, same as original) preferred. Black-and-white photos must be grayscale; color must be CMYK. QuarkXpress, Adobe PageMaker, or Acrobat files are also accepted under the following conditions: only Type 1 Postscript fonts should be used; all fonts must be supplied; all graphic files must be included in native application formats as well as EPS or TIFF formats; grayscale images and CMYK images should be 300 dpi; line art (Bitmap) images should be 1,200 dpi. Ads saved as Postscript files are not acceptable. Press-optimized PDF files must have fonts imbedded. Proof: all files must be accompanied by a proof or hard copy. Reproduction can be guaranteed only if a high-resolution proof can be compared with the digital file. Disk types: Zip (100 MB); CD-ROM; or E-mail: aplawrence@rcn.com
