Attention Prospective Walk-in Registrants

If you are planning to register as a walk-in during the convention, please note that credit cards will NOT be accepted. Please have cash, personal check, bank check, or money order ready in the exact amount of your registration. If at all possible, please pre-register online or by paper form and avoid possibly having to wait on a long line on the day of the convention.
 
   
Registration Desk  
 
The Registration Desk, located on the 8th floor of the Millennium Hotel, will be open during the following dates and times:

Check-in ONLY for those previously registered.

* For those who have previously registered, check-in will be available all day on Sunday. The above times are for check-in AND for those who have not yet registered and wish to do so. If registration needs arise at times other than the above, please locate Patrick Malarkey or one of the convention staff.

Payment  
  For your convenience, credit card payments via PayPal are available for online registration. You may pay by check or money order by sending a printed form. Please make checks payable to NYC AGO. No postdated checks, please. There is a $30 fee for returned checks. International registrants: We can accept international postal money orders or checks with ABA routing numbers. Payment must be in U.S. dollars.  
     
Refunds  
  A refund of fees paid, less a $50 processing fee, will be made upon receiving a written request sent no later than June 1, 2007. Please send your request to the registrar by mail or e-mail.  
     
Registrar  
  Send your paper forms and payments by check to the address below, as well as all communications concerning registration or refunds. Unfortunately, we are unable to take registrations by phone.

Transportation Option  
 
NYC traffic can be horrible! Therefore, we have chosen to forego the traditional charter buses in favor of the subway. The subways are a modern, safe, and air conditioned means of world class transportation. If you select this option, you will receive an unlimited use MetroCard good for 7 days after its first use. You may only use the card once every 18 minutes at the same station. Each person requires his/her own card. For those not familiar with the MetroCard, it is the same shape as a credit card and is passed through a reader before entering the turnstile. The MetroCard is also good for New York City buses. For the disabled, NYC Transit offers Access-A-Ride, a subway and bus alternative.
 
     
Convention Hotel  
  The convention hotel is the Millennium Broadway Hotel in Midtown Manhattan. Your special convention rate is $199 per night (plus applicable taxes) for 1-4 persons in a room. Please contact the hotel by telephone to make your room reservations. Be sure to mention American Guild of Organists to ensure your special discounted rate. The hotel has extended our special rate indefinitely, but cannot accept reversations through their online system. Please telephone the Reservations numbers listed below.
