August 20 – Saturday

7.00 pm. The New York Theatre Organ Society (NYTOS) in partnership with United Palace of Cultural Arts (UPCA) is screening the classic silent movie “Steamboat Bill, Jr” (1928) starring Buster Keaton with live accompaniment by silent film music composer, organist, and orchestrator Bernie Anderson. Anderson will be using NYTOS’ electronic touring organ for the film presentation. Ticket sales support the ongoing restoration of the Wonder Morton at The United Palace. The United Palace, 175th St./Broadway. Tickets online are $10. Tickets at the door are $15 general admission; $10 for seniors, students, and NYTOS members with ID.
