Advent Lutheran Church was organized in the season of Advent in the year 1908. The present building was begun in 1909 and the worship space used today was dedicated in 1929.
On January 8, 1979, the congregations of
Advent Lutheran and Gravesend Reformed Churches were federated to form Advent–Gravesend Church. Services are held in the former Advent Lutheran Church. |
