The Spanish Calvary Baptist Church has been at its present location since 1965. Located in the Williamsburg area of Brooklyn, the edifice was built c.1864 for St. Matthew German Evangelical Lutheran Church.

The organ in the Spanish Calvary Baptist Church was built by Wm. & Chas. H. Pilcher of Brooklyn, but the exact date of this organ has not yet been determined. The mechanical action organ includes a hitch-down swell pedal and employs a double-rise reservoir with two feeders.
