| The Gallery Organ at Our Lady of Mount Carmel was built by Geo. Kilgen & Son of St. Louis. It is believed that the organ was originally a two-manual and pedal organ with automatic player built in 1916 by Ernest M. Skinner of Boston, as Opus 256 for the A.H. Lamborn Residence in Montclair, N.J. The present three-manual organ, as rebuilt and enlarged by Kilgen, also controls the resources of the Chancel Organ, also by Kilgen. |

The Chancel Organ at Our Lady of Mount Carmel was built by the Kilgen Organ Company of St. Louis, and was rebuilt by them c.1935 when the Gallery Organ was installed. All of the pipes are in one enclosure, and the Harp is presently stored behind the Chancel. The Gallery Organ console can control all of the stops of the Chancel Organ. |
