All Saints' Chapel was built as a memorial to The Rev. Dr. Morgan Dix, Rector of Trinity Church from 1862-1908. It is an addition to Trinity Church designed by Thomas Nash and built from 1911-13. The chapel is used primarily for prayer and an occasional private service.

The one-manual-and-pedal organ in All Saints' Chapel of Trinity Church was built by George Bozeman, Jr. & Company of Deerfield, N.H. Bozeman reused the case, console shell, manual and stopknobs from the original Hook & Hastings organ, Op. 2303 (1912), which had two manuals and 18 stops. The case was designed by Thomas Nash, architect of the chapel.

The original organ for All Saints' Chapel was built in 1912 by the Hook & Hastings Co. of Boston, who installed their instrument behind a case designed by Thomas Nash, architect of the chapel. Specifications for this organ have not yet been located.
