This organ was originally built in 1969 by the Reuter Organ Company of Lawrence, Kan., for Central United Methodist Church, Phoenix, Ariz. The organ became available and was purchased by Our Lady of Fatima in 2008. Elsener Organ Works was contracted to move, reburbish and install the organ.

The first known pipe organ for St. Joseph's Church was built in 1935 by the Midmer-Losh Organ Company. Specifications for this organ have not yet been located.
