St. Paul Protestant Episcopal Church was founded in 1874, and was the first church in the village of Woodside. That same year, a Carpenter Gothic building was erected with Gothic stained glass windows, overhanging eaves, vertical siding, and multicolored roof tiles. On December 26, 2007, the church was destroyed by fire.

The M.P. Möller Factory Specification shows that their Op. 3536 had a two-manual stop-key console, decorations of gold bronze, and a wind pressure of 3-3/4". March 31, 1923 was given as the projected completion date.
